The manner in which you have the Folders displayed on the main screen
determines how they will be displayed in the "Move To" window.

<quote>
If you click the main folder name instead of its plus sign, the subfolders
display in the main Outlook Express window, rather than beneath the folder
or server in the Folders list.

In addition, you have to worry about the customization you may have done
via View -- Layout.
A suggestion, View -- Layout
UNcheck the "Show preview pane" This is a dangerous option to have available.
