A few of you have written asking what it costs to operate PCWorks. Currently, the list hosting is running $50.00, (when paid annually) and Web hosting runs about 105.00 (I can't seem to put my hands on an invoice right now, but it runs $8.95/mo. with a small discount for annual payments). SO what we are looking at is approximately $150.00 annually.
Granted that is not a huge sum of money, but always falling due in January makes for really bad timing ;->. Last year was the first time I accepted donations to help with list costs, and there were about 5 members who donated to PCWorks, and the average was about $20.00 (I mention this because folks always ask..how much?? :->). One of our listmembers paid for 6 months of web hosting last January, so we were pretty much set for this year.
