I want to download the latest upgrade to Netscape's Instant 
Messenger. HOwever, when I do that it asks for a confirmation by 
sending out an email to my primary email address. That address 
has changed, and I have no idea how to change it on their records.

When I go to their FAQ, it says go to the member services. 
However, it doesn't say where member services are on the web, 
and I haven't the slightest idea how to find it. 

Can someone help me?
