Here's how you can do it :-
1. In the Control Panel, select Administrative Tools.
2. Next, select Computer Management.
3. Click on Disk Management and wait until the Logical Disk Manager Service
finishes scanning your system's drives. You will then see a list of the
drives available in your system.
4. Click the drive with the drive letter you want to change. Then, right
click and select the Change Drive Letter and Path... option.
6. On the next pop up screen all drive letters linked to that drive will be
listed. Click on the drive letter you want to change and click on Edit....
7. The fourth pop-up screen now appears. Click on the drive letter and a
list of available drive letter choices will appear. Select the drive letter
you want for this drive. Click OK and your drive ahould have a new drive
letter!

NOTES:
1. You will not be able to change the drive letter of your system or boot
volume. However, the drive letters of all other drives and drive volumes
are changeable.
2. If you want to change the drive letter of a CD/DVD or ZIP drive, make
sure you insert a disk first. The drive letter cannot be changed unless
there's a disk in the drive.
3. Watch out for software that may not work properly after you change the
drive letter. You may need to do some registry editing to get the software
to work with the new drive letter. If that doesn't work, you might have to
reinstall the software using the new drive letter or reset the drive letter
back to its original drive letter.

Another method to change drive letters listed here:
