Comcast has notified a friend who lives in Maryland and told her how to adjust her computer settings. I have not been notified and live on the other side of DC from her. So the Virginia Comcast is not yet ready for the change. If anyone would like to see what Comcast told my friend, please contact me direct and I will send you the email.
