Could someone please tell me what the "Windows Update Setup Files" folder is. It takes up 14.3 Mb of space on my C drive and contains 17 *.cab files as well as Ie50dom.exe, ie5setup.exe and iesetup.ini.
I'm guessing that it's left over from when I upgraded to IE5. 5 a while ago. Everything has been running fine, so is it safe to delete the folder and it's files? I am running Windows 98. Thanks for any ideas.
