While there may be Windows emulation programs, drivers, extenders, other 
DOS', etc. which will permit XXCOPY.EXE to work on a system booted directly 
to DOS, I don't know of any.  OTOH there are DOS utilities to perform 
commands such as CD, COPY, MD, RD, and REN which support LFN.
