Larry, have you tried installing Office 2000 SR-1a? Perhaps there is a fix for you in it. Microsoft says this is a server error, in that the "/Cgi-bin" is marked executable. More from MS here http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q215365
