Dear Friends,
It has been several weeks since I upgraded to IE/OE6. Ever since I did
and whenever I open an email with one or more attachments I get two error
messages that I must close before I can click forward and open the images or
sound files attached.
IE/OE 5 used to display the images in OE Slide Show and a friend says that
her attachments are displayed below any text in the opened message. Mine are
not............Instead I get the following message that I should go to
Tools>Options>Security and Enable Scripting. I find no such choice available
in the security setting in OE and have enabled every single thing in the
security settings
in IE 6.
I have been to a site that says that slide-show is not enabled in OE 6
and that is ok but why do I get two error and not the attachments displayed
below the opened messages text. This is so frustrating.......And everyone
else's OE6 displays them perfectly. Should I delete IE/OE 6 and reinstall
them anew as I have already run the repair function fron Control Panel. Help
Please, as I am going slightly bonkers with this problem. I am in the
Internet Zone at low protection........
