Lee! I have read about your exploits with Eudora 5.1 before this posting and am surprised you are having so much configuration trouble with it. Are you employing all the toolbars? Because "Blah Blah Blah button is located on the toolbar with the little car and the true type font button. The only way you can view it is in the viewing mode. You won't see it in header mode, or reply mode etc. So click on any message header in your inbox or elsewhere and look at the line of buttons that has the car in it.
