Since Dos is the foundation for Win95/98, whatever you can create for use
in Dos is generally fully usable in Windows as well.

For example, I assume you create the ramdrive using the standard driver
that comes with Dos to load within config.sys. If this is the case, then if
you start Windows, you will find that the ramdrive is fully usable as a
drive in Windows as well as Dos. If you open the icon for my computer or
explorer, you will find the ramdrive is shown as a drive, same as your
floppy, hard drive partitions, CD drive, and so forth. And it should have
the same drive letter assignment in Windows as was given to the ramdrive in
Dos.

Hopefully, this solves the issue for you.
