If any of you have had the less than pleasing experience of searching the MS Knowledge base then you may like to use Google to search this site. If you go to the Advanced Search page at Google http://www.google.com/advanced_search and choose a language to search with in the "Return pages written in" box, then enter "support.microsoft.com" in the "return results from the site or domain". Finally enter the keywords or phrases to search for in any of the four boxes at the top of the page. This is very helpful and can severely reduce the time required to navigate the Knowledge base.
