MS has a whole slew of articles about Invalid Page Faults but very few about Invalid Instruction Executed.. The Norton reference was given because at one time their AV program contributed to most of these error messages. Another program that also contributes is Netscape Navigator. So I'd bet that some revised/updated/changed program is now contributing to the problem.
