I have a triple boot for 1)winME-FAT32 2)win2000-NTFS 3)winXP-FAT32 the content of boot.ini file is : --- [boot loader] timeout=30 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(3)\WINDOWS [operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(3)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect C:\="Microsoft Windows" --- Whenever I want to repair winME or Win2000 system,The winXP will crash too,and make me to reinstall winXP . I want to know which files of winXP are destroyed during reinstalling winME and win2000. Is there any simple way to prevent this problem? Which files must to be backuped?
