Possibly, but you have to take into consideration that chat programs routinely send out keep-alive signals, file sharing programs regularly ping one another for content. There is a log analyzer for zone alarm which regularly updates itself. Some dialup session are troublesome and you may have a keep alive ping being sent out to prevent disconnection. If you run win2k or XP then the services and controller application is connecting in the background as well. And if you're running any servers then that is a whole other can of worms.
