No, A Wacom tablet is an input device.
Go here http://www.pandi.hp.com/seg/large_printers.html There is a picture,
and you can look for more info there.  Plotters have evolved to inkjet or
toner instead of pens for drawing.  I still have a pen plotter.Wacom tablets
are here.
