Hi everyone,
I need some advice again, my daughters computer is running win-xp with
256mb ram, lots of disk space. She defrags and v*rus checks regularly and
downloads new definitions automatically with NAV. The problem is that her
computer hangs up during startup. It gets to the windows screen just before
the icons are put in the system tray and just hangs there. The mouse still
move but when you highlight the start button with the mouse you get the
hour glass. the only way out is control alt del with task manager and end
task. Then a restart and everything works ok. This does not happen very
often but is annoying anyway. Any info would be appreciated. Thanking you
in advance.

   Mark.
