Ralph! Marlene was looking for a way to convert ISAs to PCIs. There are lots of ways to the do the opposite, but no way to increase the bus speed from ISA to PCI. The external method is the most efficient to do what she wants, but if it was Me I would buy a new Motherboard with ample slots for expansion. I do not know enough about her system configuration to make an apt judgement really or her pocketbook as to what decision is best for her.
