Your syntax is wrong, basically, you are omitting the = sign Here's how it should be: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?cc=cc:[EMAIL PROTECTED];&bcc=:anotherperson@yah oo.
Another alternative is to just make an OE message template with the fields prefilled.
