Probably just meant you were low on resources, Larry...and yes, the only
way to get them back using Windows 98 is to reboot

I just had something happen that I have never seen before. I was on the 
internet and noticed that things were a bit slow. It took about 3
minutes for 
my email to come thru even though I only had 2 messages. I turned AOL
off and 
hit start and saw 8's where you usually have the arrow head with no
tail.
I am using a Dell T450 with Win 98 and pentium 3.
Has anyone seen this before and what does it mean. I restarted and
everything 
went back to normal.
