That wasn't me, but it's me now. Since you're AOL, I doubt any IE repair tool would work. AOL has many problems properly displaying webpages, that's just one of them. I'm sure the multitude of ridiculous popup windows that site has doesn't help either since they are all some kind of JS or script. Would it help if I emailed you the page, then you can read it off-line, right click the links and "copy shortcut" then paste them into the address bar when you're online. Of course you may not be able to do that with AOL. You may also want to try one of many free popup killers that will stop the PU windows. That may help the page display. -Clint God Bless Us All Clint Hamilton, Owner http://OrpheusComputing.com http://Computer-Hardware-Sales-Consumer-Electronics-Sales.com In a message dated 8/13/02 4:46:11 AM Pacific Daylight Time, [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: Your posts are not making any sense. What version of windows? What version of IE? What kind of script errors and when? http://OrpheusComputing.com ----- Original Message ----- From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sorry Clint, I was gaining on the thing and got excited I guess. I am using AOL 7.0 , Win98 and have been getting script errors when I visit almost any URL. Especially www.howstuffworks.com. There I have to hit my enter key 8 times before I can get the first page loaded and that includes the pop-up. So far I have checked my internet options and everything looks ok and then Peter just suggested running the repair tool and I did that to no avail. TIA LarryB You do not need to do that as I get these errors on several URL's I was just using that as an example. Thanks anyway LarryB ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
