That's true.

> they are co-conspirators in the abuse with the Asian domains.

That's hyperbolic. I like reading about conspiracy theories and the rest
but in 99% of all cases, they are just nice stories and nothing more.

> They are a total waste of time and space.

Check http://www.apnic.net/info/faq/abuse/index.html for information on
abuse.

If you feel like (though it's strongly recommended not to do something
like that), you can ban incoming traffic to ports 25,587 from the APNIC IP
range on your mail server(*):

        61.0.0.0 - 61.255.255.255
        202.0.0.0 - 203.255.255.255
        210.0.0.0 - 211.255.255.255
        218.0.0.0 - 221.255.255.255
        169.208.0.0 - 169.223.255.255

I repeat: It's *not* recommended.

(*) That is possible in cases you own your own domain and the mail
processing takes place in your own machine. I don't think that it will
work in cases where the ISP mail server forwards traffic to the local mail
server.

Good luck.
