A friend wants to plug his satellite dish, antennae, etc. into his pc to record and edit programs in mpg to either cd, svcd, or dvd. From the Leadtech TV tuner <http://www.leadtek.com/mmedia/tv2000xp/tv2000xp.htm> to the Pinnacle Bungee DVD <http://www.pinnaclesys.com/ProductPage.asp?Product_ID=522&Langue_ID=7> he has found a lot of variations. Obviously he is only beginning to delve into this area, but he would like to get the best he can afford which falls in around $500 Canadian or $300 US. Any idea's would be most helpful.
