Greetings Fellow PCWorkers, I have MS Paint, Lview, and IrfanView. Here's the problem:
I have two pictures (the top of a large picture; we'll call it "top"), and the bottom of that large picture; we'll call it "bottom"). I want to connect the bottom part to the top part making one "huge" picture. In other words, I want to connect the top to the bottom making one large file.
