Jeff, what OS are you going to use? This would depend on which FAT format you choose. If you choose YES for large disk format, it will be FAT-32bit and then you could choose the size of each partition, also if you choose NO, then it would be FAT-16bit format, and you could then also choose the Partition size. If you have a Western Digital HD, then here's their DLG program to format and partition. It is a really great program and only takes 5-minutes or less to install, format and partition a 120GB HD, just did one last week. http://support.wdc.com/download/dlgless137.asp
