Linda,
Thanks for the link.
If I read that correctly, that is only to stop SP*MMERS from using Earthlink for
there emails.
I am referring to ISPs that block emails from those listed on the blacklist sites.
I can send just fine, but can receive.
For instance, I sent an email to a repair list. I could see my email if I logged
into the Lyris system and I saw my email on my domain web mail, but never received
it in Outlook. (If this makes sense.)

Yep. I've heard a few times that Earthlink is blocking lots of stuff as
spam. I went to google and did a search on "earthlink blocking" and
LOTS came up...look here:

On Behalf Of Jeff Dougherty

Do any of you know if Earthlink/Mindspring has implemented software to
block
traffic from certain ISP's?
Certain lists I am on, I am not receiving email for. I know there are
some ISP's
that have started blocking other ISP's and domains listed as blacklisted
for SPAM
content.
I also wonder, if they do, if they can still block email that I may
download in
Outlook Express?
The thing is, I will see the emails on web mail, but when I download in
Outlook
Express, they do not show up.
Also, do domain hosts have this capability? I know domain hosts can
block
attachments, but I didn't think they can block other domains or ISP's.
Please CC any replies to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in case I do not get
them on this
list.
Thank you.
Jeff
