My hubby has accidentally clicked on a website that gave him this Xupiter Toolbar.
I found the uninstaller on a website and did that. He is running Windows XP - have the problem of two windows popping up when he clicks on I.E. for his home page and when he goes to open up any other Windows. They are called C:/Windows/Explorer.exe and C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe - These two windows that popup will ask, " if you want to install the xupiter toolbar"; then you have to click the X to close it out - where in the registry do I find - if this the correct area - to remove these two windows. I guess the uninstaller didn't totally take it out. TIA Azhodge ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
