Jeff have you tired to just by-pass the router for one PC and
see if that works?  Of course if it works then, it's a bad
router.  OR, it's possible it could just need 'resetting'.
You should try and 'reset' it.  Most I've seen have a
protected "reset" button somewhere on them you press with
something like a paper clip.  Note that this might clear the
firmware in it and some settings may have to be re-entered
like your login info, and router settings.
