Hello...I sure hope this gets through to the list.
Currently, my web host is moving me to a new server.
In the past, it has often taken at least 24 hours before I was directed to the new
IP address, after Earthlink (my ISP) would update their cache.
Anyway, when this happens, I have to check email using my domain name as well as
setting up another account using the old IP address as well as using the domain
name.
Either I am not doing it right, or they also deleted my emails off the old server.
How do I set the POP server?
I was using pop.000.000.000
And [EMAIL PROTECTED]
The old IP doesn't even have my site there anymore..which has me worried
(66.197.244.215)
I thought it was customary to leave the site at both IP addresses until all ISP's
were pointing to the new DNS servers. But then how did my web browser and Outlook
go to the brand new server so quickly? I know these may be tough questions for
most of you, but I would be happy with just on how to set Outlook up.
Please send mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] since I can not receive anything on my
regular domain
Thank you.

Jeff
