PCWorks: Homestead Web Site Builders woes

Hello Listers! I have a friend who has purchased the gold package from Homestead over a year ago and she has still not gotten here e-business to be accepting in the major search engines. In the literature it says that it should take a few weeks to a few months but this is ridiculous at this point?

Anyone have any experience with this at all? Please any and all responses gladly accepted.
