Do you mean outlook or outlook express? If you are looking for outlook mail, it's stored in a file called outlook.pst This holds all your outlook email and contacts. Just open Outlook and go to the File menu and choose Open>Personal Folders File pst and navigate to the outlook.pst file you found and open it
If you are talking about outlook express, I don't use it, but I believe the email are in files with dbx extensions and you would import them into OE by going into OE's File menu and choosing Import...but someone who uses OE could tell you more.
