Sounds like we need to get some "Holy water", sprinkle it on
our PC's and say "the power of Christ compels you" over and
over.  (hee heee).

But here's a better one:   just minutes ago I created a new
folder in OE
and moved three messages into it.  Then I looked at the
corresponding
.dbx file.  The three messages are there, along with piles of

debris which includes  _get this_   addresses and subject
lines from my
wife's Hotmail account which is  _in no way_  connected with
OE or my
POP3 acct.

Maybe I should just stop poking my nose into hidden corners.
But dammit
it's my computer!  How on earth did those things get into a
folder that
I just created?
