Lee,

I am trying to make sure I follow what you want to do - do you want to
add new folders and/or files to the tree structure when you left click
on the start button, and then when you roll your mouse over programs, it
brings up the tree of folders and files, and then when you roll over one
of the subfolders, it opens that one up with its folders and files???

If that is what you want to add, modify, or delete items in, the
simpliest is to right click on the taskbar, click on properties, click
on Start Menu Programs tab at the top, click on Advanced, and that will
bring up an explorer window of your start men. When you click on the +
before the Programs item on the left, it will bring up the tree
structure that currently exists. From there, you can pretty much do
anything that you were looking to perform at that point.
