Hello Tom

I do not have a lap top but I have taken my key board completely apart and
cleaned it. My key caps pop off, there is a rubber condom under each cap
allowing it to move up and down. I had to remove all the screws on the
under side of the key board to take it completely apart. I made a template
of how to put the keys back on. It was a time consuming job.
Good luck
 Dorian
