Sandy...RAM and System Resources are very different things.  Read this
article.  It explains the difference and how you can regain system
resources...tho, if you are running Windows 95/98/ME, 75% really isn't bad.

I have 256 ram installed on my pc. And I have double checked and only
have the necessary programs running in the background. I am running at
about 75% system resources. Would installing additional ram help with
