Sorry, but all blocked senders e-mail in IncrediMail go to the deleted items folder. You cannot block the messages before they arrive on your PC.
There are some programs like MailSense that allow you to delete mail from the server before downloading although I haven't tried them. See http://www.purenetworking.net/Products/MailSense/MailSense.htm
