The Windows-1252 is a text encoding type used for many languages, one of about 20 different text encoding's I think. It tells your application how to decode the messages it receives properly.

"windows-1252" after Statistics and Details for Current Page of your
(per week) usage of this service. What is the meaning of this
"Windows-1252".
I get everything else like links in the message of the reply but no
attachment of the file being downloaded.
