hi..... i'm using windows xp home edition.....earlier today i tried to access my "system information" window through the start menu but it refused to open.... i then went to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo and clicked the executable file "msinfo32.exe" and again it wouldn't open .....i also tried the "run" command... i restarted the computer but this didn't resolve the problem ....i do know that i could access the system info at an earlier time.... has anyone experienced this problem and\or know how to fix the problem .... i might add that all other items in the start\accessories\system tools folder work fine....i also learned that if you delete or move the msinfo32.exe file it will recreate itself but this didn't resolve the problem.......thanks....
