This is an automatic update facility used by various computer and software makers.Hi.....I have another small problem. Whenever I turn on my computer, a small box appears with Runner Error at the top and "Invalid Backweb application id 137903" in the bottom part of the box. I click the x in the corner and it disappears......doesn't seem to hurt anything on my computer. Anyone know what it means? Ann
Some program you installed uses it.
See http://www.backweb.com/
You can probably find in msconfig
Start -- Run -- msconfig -- enter
Clcik Startup tab and look through listing
Uncheck the offending program
Clcik Apply
Click OK
Reboot and it should be gone
