set in autorun.inf if you use *.exe file for first loading

you can also use shellexe.exe (please find out/download shellexe.exe thru
google) if you use file such as *.html, *.avi for first loading (need
setting in autorun.inf too), associate program will load the file
automatically
then burn to CD...

to make bootable CD. try CDROM God v.5.5 (find out with google)  or visit
www.bootdisk.com
