I am networked to a computer with ADSL. I can log in and get my mail but cannot connect to a news reader (Agent or through Outlook Express). My ISP settings are correct but keep getting an error message "unable to connect". When contacting my ISP helpdesk, was informed the helpdesk does not apply to networked computers. Some help!! Any one able to help me with this?
