Did you set any restore points when installing any of these packages? If so then try restoring to an earlier point, if you find the icon restored then remember to set a new point with each package installed.

Hi all,
Can anyone help me with this?
After installing several softwares (about 20 or more), my Printers And Faxes
Icon in Control Panel has changed to an icon that ussualy used by windows to
associate a file type to an unknown file type. Is this a not enough memory
problem?
My System is Celeron 1,8 GHz, 256MB RAM, 20 GB HD, with WinXP Pro.
TIA
