O/S: Win 2000 Pro

Does anyone know of a way to suppress the print queuing messages that
quickly flash on and off the screen when a document is queued to a printer?
My client reports that his staff finds them annoying.

Reports are queued both locally on this machine (call it A) and also by a
second machine on the network (call it B). There doesn't seem to be a
problem when B queues to a printer on A -- only when A queues to a local
printer.

I saw an option called "printer notifications" under print server properties
but I'm not sure that is relevant.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
