A copy of Outlook 2000 on one of my PC's downloads email in the background whether Outlook is actually running or not. The copy on this PC does not (it only grabs email when Outlook is actually running). I wish to turn the background email retrieval off until I actually start the program (if I am doing something, like at the moment, rendering video, that machine grabs all my email).
