Hello again, Heres a question regarding MSWord 2000. Ill describe what I have and what Id like to accomplish.
I have a list, lets say three lines in the list (actually a lot more). Each line consists of a short text, a space, three dots, a space, and a URL it might look like this: This is General Motors http://www.gm.com This is IBM http://www.ibm.com This is Ford cars http://www.ford.com/ What I want to do is change, without going through the dragging routine, the arrangement on each line so that it starts with the URL and ends with the short text. Since it is a long list, Id like to if possible, use the Find/Replace feature, the More button, and probably the Special button. Managing the dots is no problem (piece of cake). In other words, I want to switch the first and last part of each line in just a few strokes. Question is can it be done using the Find/Replace feature and if not, is there another way to achieve this? Harold ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
