I have upgraded from Win 98 to XP and all went well until I installed WinFax Pro 10.02 which is supposed to be compatible with XP. What happens is when using QB 2002 and sending a summary report to WinFax an error message comes up saying the fonts are not compatible with the printer drivers. I am using Arial 12 and have tried others but still the same. It has been suggested that I check the fonts installed on Windows XP and I do not know how to do that except to print a few fonts with my printer and see it they print. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
