Well I took the plunge, and downloaded Netscape 7.l..(I had Netscape 7.).. It SAID it would import my bookmarks, my address books. AND, all my folders..
Well it DID NOT.. I went to the Help column. read everything I could possibly read, about HOW to do it.. and found nothing. Nothing worked.
So.. I did a Go-Back,, to the "start of today". and got rid of it. ( where would I be without this wonderful feature of Norton). LOL
Now.. I know it' was stupid of me. cause it did take almost l hr. 45 minutes to download(on a dialup) and I should've figured out how to import my bookmarks, address book, and folders.. But for the life of me. I couldn't figure it out.
Now, my question is this.. Is there someplace(other than "trying" to call Netscape).. to find out.. whether you can import from 7.00 to 7.l... Cause what I did read.. that you "can't" on a pop 3 server. which is what I had.
I hope this makes sense..?? Right now. I'm annoyed at ME.. cause I feel so computer illiterate.. SIGH
