I still say you have more control by getting your own domain name...then.... 1. You can change ISP's without changing your email. 2. you can have in most cases up to one hundred email addresses, so there are plenty to use for on-line forms, separate ones for each email list and so on. 3. More control over features. 4. Some places you can host the domain for free, just pay the annual domain renewal.
