They are listed in the registry.  Out of curiosity, why do you
want to remove them at every boot?

In Internet Explorer 6, "tools" "Internet Options" on the
"privacy tab" "edit" there is a list of websites and how
cookies are to be handled for these sites.  I know the
websites listed can be removed in this dialogue box.

However, are these listed websites kept in a folder?  I would
like to be able to remove them each time I boot my computer
but I can't find any folder where they are kept.
