Hello again, I have a question about Explorer 6. What I want to do is have what Netscape 4.79 has, a personal bookmark bar (here it would be a favorites bar). I configured Explorer so that I now have three lines up there.
1. the regular menu bar (file, edit, view, favorites, help). 2. standard buttons and the address bar on the next line. 3. links all by its lonesome on the third line. 4. text size is small and of course, I have a status bar. These seem to be pretty standard to have on a browser; all very important (to me). My initial plan was to try to make the link bar do what the bookmark bar does in Net 4.79, but it doesn't quite work that way. Is there a way to transfer the dozen folders I have in the Net personal bookmark bar to the Explorer links bar (or maybe another bar comparable to the NS personal bookmark bar)? It appears the links bar will only accept links from within or from being dragged from another browser, and it doesn't want to accept any folders on it. Again, what I would like to have is a bar similar to the Netscape 4.79 Bookmars Bar ... Harold ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
